An informal and relaxed dining experience offering a Hyper Local Irish Street Food Menus. At The Salt Project, we work by focusing on a zero waste target.

We are guided by an ethos of sustainability in its true form using our farm's fruit & vegetables along with ingredients from some of Irelands best small producers.

Our Supper Clubs are set in unique and unusual locations for guests of up to 25 people per night.
These events will be hyper local 7 course tasting menus set in the indoors and outdoors depending on our location through out the country.
